2) compliance of projects to one of the priority directions of budget investment policy (diversification of economy and infrastructure and innovative development, upgrade of the social sphere) according to the Forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) compliance of projects on construction or reconstruction of objects technically to simple and (or) standard projects according to Rules of determination of general procedure for reference of buildings and constructions to technically and (or) technologically difficult objects approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2015 No. 165 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10666);
