About modification of part three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" concerning refining of the bases for provision of draft deferment on military service during mobilization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. In part three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255 with the following changes):

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4) women and men, whose close relatives (the husband, the wife, the son, the daughter, the father, mother or native (full, not full) the brother or the sister) died or were missing in case of special circumstances during implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and also during ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression against Ukraine during action of warlike situation".

2. Add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) persons, concerning which in the procedure determined by the law established fact of deprivation of personal liberty owing to the armed aggression against Ukraine. Such persons can be called up for military service from their consent".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
