About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that modification of the register of licenses in the field of communication based on the subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (further - the licensing body) regarding change of the name of communication services "communication services on data transmission for the purposes of transfer of voice information" on the name "services of local telephone communication, except for services of local telephone communication with use of payphones and means of collective access" or on the name "communication services on data transmission, except for communication services on data transmission for the purposes of transfer of voice information" according to the statement of the owner of the license for modification of the register of licenses in the field of communication.
The decision on modification or on refusal in modification of the register of licenses in the field of communication is accepted by the licensing body in time, not exceeding 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the corresponding statement of the owner of the license.
Modification of the register of licenses in the field of communication according to this Item is performed by the licensing body without collection of the state fee.
The license for activities in the field of rendering communication services data transmission for the purposes of transfer of voice information is terminated if the owner of the license did not submit the application for entering of corresponding changes into the register of licenses in the field of communication within one year from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
