About entering of amendment into the Law "About Legal Profession"

Article 1. No. ZR-29 "About legal profession" to add part 5 of article 41 of the Law of December 14, 2004 with Item of 21 following contents:
"21) in the cases provided by the law "About Legal Assistance in Criminal Proceedings", to persons searched for crime execution or carrying out of sentence.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
