Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning use of the statement from the Unified state register of veterans of war for receipt of privileges some categories of persons the enclosed changes.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 1994 No. 94 "About procedure for provision of the privileges provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 6, Art. 147; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 35, Art. 1360; 2022, No. 57, Art. 3390):
1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "to persons to whom operation of the specified law extends," shall be replaced with words to "members of families of the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine";
2) in item 4:
word in paragraph one "to persons to whom operation of the law "About the Status of Veterans of War, Guarantee of Their Social Protection" extends," shall be replaced with words to "members of families of the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine";
