1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2015 No. 185 "About approval of Rules of reference of legal entities to city-forming and maintaining their list" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10669) the following changes and amendment:

"According to article 119 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";
in Rules of reference of legal entities to city-forming and maintaining their list, approved by the specified order:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Local executive bodies, annually till August 1 represent to authorized body on regional development of the offer on inclusion of the legal entity in the List of city-forming persons (further – the List) and information on him according to criteria, stipulated in Item 6 these rules, in form according to appendix to these rules.";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Changes are made to the List till September 1 of the current year once a year.";
add with appendix according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of regional development of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
