Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 1995 No. 3848-XII "About ensuring unity of measurements" the following changes:
to state subitem 1.28 of Item 1 in the ktion following reda:
"1.28. the verificator - the worker of the legal person who is designated by this legal entity for implementation of checking of measuring instrument, having necessary qualification in the field of ensuring unity of measurements;";
to exclude from Item 3 of the word "and accreditations of conformity assessment bodies".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of ensuring unity of measurements
1. The relations in the field of ensuring unity of measurements are governed by this Law and other acts of the legislation, including technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization concerning ensuring unity of measurements (further - technical acts on ensuring unity of measurements), international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.
3. Features of legal regulation of the relations regulated by this Law can be established by the president of the Republic of Belarus.
Features of ensuring unity of measurements in the fields of defense and safety of the state, use of atomic energy in the peace purposes and authorizations of legal entities on implementation of the state checking in these areas can be established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus also.".
