About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence and violence on the basis of sex
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Family code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135):
Parts the second - the fourth Article 110 to exclude 1);
Article 111 to add 2) with part two of the following content:
"2. If one of spouses committed domestic violence, irrespective of condition of consideration of the initiated criminal proceedings, civil case or case on administrative offense concerning domestic violence, measures for conciliation of spouses are not taken";
Speak rapidly 3) first or third of Article 214 to state in the following edition:
"1. Heads of organizations in whom there are children who can be adopted, transferred under guardianship guardianship or on education in family of citizens, officials of guardianship and custody bodies, and also other persons who knew of the orphan children or children deprived of parent guardianship shall submit within one days information on such children to service for children of district public administration in the city of Kiev or Sevastopol, city, district in the city (in case of its creation), settlement, village council.
2. Services for children of district public administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation), settlement, village councils within one month from the date of receipt of information on the orphan children or children deprived of parent guardianship if there were no persons wishing to adopt such child or to take it under guardianship or custody shall submit information on children who can be adopted, to services for children of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.
