b) third to state part in the following edition:
"3. Socially oriented non-profit organizations, and also public associations, associations (unions), funds, autonomous nonprofit organizations having according to part 2 of article 10 of the Federal Law of June 10, 2008 No. 76-FZ "About public control over ensuring human rights in places of detention and about assistance to persons which are in places of detention" the right to nomination of candidates in structure of public monitoring commission render assistance to persons which are in correction centers, correctional facilities and disciplinary military units and also administrations of correction centers and correctional facilities for the purpose of correction of convicts to forced labor, imprisonment in forms and procedure which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.";
c) in word part four "the organizations of any forms of business, public associations," shall be replaced with words "the organizations specified in part three of this Article";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in the name of Article 142 of the word of "public associations" "parent committees".
