1) paragraphs the sixth and the twenty first Article 1 to recognize invalid;
Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 3. Address of pesticides and agrochemicals
The address of pesticides and agrochemicals is performed according to requirements of this Federal Law and other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation published according to them.
The address of pesticides and agrochemicals is allowed on condition of their state registration in the Register of the pesticides and agrochemicals, except as specified, provided by this Federal Law.";
