1) in Article 1:
a) to declare the paragraph of the eighth invalid;
b) in paragraph ten of the word "information about actual and predicted" shall be replaced with words "information about flowing and predicted";
c) the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"information of general purpose - the information on the flowing and predicted state of environment, its pollution received and processed according to the procedure established by federal executive body in the field of hydrometeorology and areas, adjacent to it, provided to users it is free;";
