Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

2. Action of provisions of part 1.3 of article 32.2 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (in edition of this Federal Law) does not extend to the legal relationship connected with execution of resolutions on cases on the administrative offenses made about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
