"12. 1) determines the separate decision the credit institutions performing transfer of cash allowance (monetary pay), salary and other payments to staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from among the banks created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and having the license for work, connected with use of the data which are the state secret;".
