About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Freedom of Assembly"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of April 14, 2011 "About freedom of assembly" (further - the Law) the words "not later than in 7 days after day of holding meeting and not earlier than in 30 days" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-72 "not later than in 72 hours after the beginning of meeting".
Article 2. Exclude the words "in 30 days" and the third offer of part 1 of article 16 of the Law, shall be replaced with words the words "7 days" "in 72 hours after the beginning of meeting", and shall be replaced with words the words "within 48 hours" "within 2 days, but not later than 48 hours prior to the meeting".
Article 3. Exclude from part 5 of article 18 of the Law of the word "if there is no direct danger of collision of their participants" and the second offer.
Article 4. In article 19 of the Law:
Item 3 of part 1 to declare 1) invalid;
2) regarding 2 words "Items 3 and 4" shall be replaced with words "item 4";
3) regarding 4 words "Items 3 or 4" shall be replaced with words "item 4".
Article 5. Regarding the 2nd article 21 of the Law of the word "7 days from the date of holding meeting" shall be replaced with words "72 hours since the beginning of meeting".
Article 6. To recognize part 3 of article 27 of the law invalid.
Article 7. Regarding 1 article 33 of the Law of the word "otherwise it is impossible" it was not possible shall be replaced with words "by means of softer measures".
Article 8. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
