About establishment of forms of the interim liquidation balance sheet and liquidation balance sheet of the legal entity
Based on Item 5-1 of Article 59 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish forms:
the interim liquidation balance sheet of the legal entity according to appendix 1;
the liquidation balance sheet of the legal entity according to appendix 2.
2. The forms specified in Item 1 of this resolution are not subject to application in liquidating production according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 No. 227-Z "About insolvency settlement".
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 19, 2024.
