1. Item 32 of Rules of implementation of migration registration of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2007 No. 9 "About procedure of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 5, Art. 653; 2019, No. 11, Art. 1130; 2020, No. 1, Art. 50; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7707; 2023, No. 44, of the Art. 7878) to state in the following edition:
"32. Registration in the place of stay of the foreign citizen who is temporarily staying in the Russian Federation is performed for the term declared in the notification on arrival, but no more than for one year.
The term of temporary stay in the Russian Federation declared in the notification on arrival of the foreign citizen cannot exceed the term of temporary stay of such foreign citizen in the Russian Federation established by the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" or international treaties of the Russian Federation.
Registration in the place of stay of the foreign citizen who is temporarily living in the Russian Federation is performed for the term declared in the notification on arrival, but no more than on effective period of permission to temporary residence or permissions to temporary residence for the purpose of education.
Registration in the place of stay of the foreign citizen who is constantly living in the Russian Federation is performed for the term declared in the notification on arrival and in case effective period of the residence permit is limited according to the Federal Law "About Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation", - no more than on effective period of the residence permit.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 5, 2025.
