About introduction of amendments to article 19.1 of the Federal law "About Enforcement of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation"

Shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 5 of the word "In case of Reduction" "If other is not provided by this Article, in case of reduction";
To add 4) with Item 6.1 of the following content:
"6.1. For the purpose of the address according to this Article the legal entities specified in Item 1 of this Article and created in the Donetsk People's Republic in form of business of state concern or state corporation bring the constituent documents into accord with form of business of the state unitary enterprise with the statement for entering of data into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Such state unitary enterprises performing activities in the goods markets in the Russian Federation and being in the competition conditions, except as specified, provided by the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition" are subject to reorganization according to the decision of the founder till January 1, 2027.".
