About introduction of amendments to the Federal constitutional Law "About Warlike Situation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of January 30, 2002 No. 1-FKZ "About warlike situation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 5, Art. 375; 2011, No. 1, Art. 1; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1088; 2023, No. 23, Art. 3998; No. 45, Art. 7978) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 7 to add 1) with subitem 18.1 of the following content:

"18. 1) introduction of restrictions of information access about activities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of military management, local government bodies and organizations;";

2) in Item 2 of Article 14:

a) in subitem 11 to replace the word "implementation" with the word "introduction";

b) in subitem 15 of the word "ensuring introduction" to replace with the word "introduction";

c) add with subitem 15.1 of the following content:

"15. 1) introduction of restrictions of information access about the activities, activities of the territorial authorities, subordinated organizations and bodies of military management;";

Item 1 of Article 15 to add 3) with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) introduction according to the presidential decree of the Russian Federation in the territory in which martial law, restrictions of information access about the activities, activities of local government bodies and organizations is imposed.";

4) in Article 16:

a) add with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2.1. The information access about activity of the courts, functioning in the territory in which martial law is imposed, can be limited according to the procedure, determined by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.";
