I ORDER:
1. Approve the list of licenses in the field of the town planning, design and exploration work and installation and construction works recognized in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally, issued by foreign states according to appendix.
2. To the deputy director of the State Committee for Construction B. K. Stanbekov:
- take measures for official publication of this Order according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 117;
- within three working days from the date of official publication to send the copy of this Order in duplicate in the state and official languages, on paper and electronic carriers, with indication of source of publication of the specified Order, to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the state register of normative legal acts and into Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.
3. Determine that in case of violation of licensed requirements by licensees when implementing activities the State Committee for Construction has the right to exclude in accordance with the established procedure licensees from the list of licenses in the field of town planning, the design and exploration work and installation and construction works recognized in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic unilaterally, issued by foreign states.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy director of the State Committee for Construction S.E.Dzhanteliyev.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
