About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2023 No. 275 "About support of the separate state organizations of culture" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

to exclude parts one of subitem 1.3 of the word "no more 1, 5-fold size" from the paragraph of third;

add Item with subitem 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. republican or local budgets to theaters in case of temporary release of own scenic platform of theater during on it capital repairs, reconstruction, repair and restoration works on financing:

expenses on payment of utilities on content of own scenic platform;

expenses on hiring of the transport used for implementation of cultural activities at suppliers whose selling price on service in case of its realization to theater is created proceeding from the size of economically reasonable costs and the limiting standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices, no more than 10 percent;

expenses to loaner and (or) the lessor on content, operation, utility payments, running repair of the transferred to free use and (or) leasable property in the amount of 50 percent if obligations on content, operation, utility payments, running repair are assigned under the contract of free use and (or) lease for loaner and (or) the lessor.";

1.2. add the Decree with Item of 31 following contents:

"31. Determine that for carrying out capital repairs, reconstruction, repair and restoration works on own scenic platform of theater capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places, their parts which are in state-owned property are transferred to theaters to free use for implementation of cultural activities.";

1.3. in Item 7 of the word "1.1 and 1.3" shall be replaced with words "1.1, 1.3 and 1.4";

1.4. to add appendix 1 to the Decree with Item 6 of the following content:
