About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 No. 59 and of January 26, 2024 No. 62
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 No. 59 "About the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025":
add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:
"4-1. Provide to regional executive committees completing of molochnotovarny farm (complex) with uterine livestock within one year after commissioning of the facility under full design capacity.";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. Confer the personal responsibility for:
14.1. achievement of summary target and target indicators, timely and high-quality implementation of actions of subprogrammes of the State program, target and effective use of the financial resources provided on their realization on heads of the state bodies and organizations determined in Item 2 of this resolution;
14.2. fulfillment of requirements, established in Item 41 of this resolution, on chairmen of regional executive committees, district executive committees and heads of agricultural organizations.";
in the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025 approved by this resolution:
in Chapter 3:
the fifth to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:
"in 2024 – 61 300 734 383, 03 rubles;";
in part two:
figure in paragraph one "297 490 409 398,35" to replace with figures "297 501 409 398,35";
figure in paragraph five "1 010 181 937," "" to replace with figures of "1 021 181 937,07";
in part three of Chapter of the 6th figure of "21,5" and "7" to replace respectively with figures of "57,5" and "9";
in Chapter 7:
to add the paragraph of the seventh part five with words ", transfer of agricultural industry into new technological level";
in word part eight to "appendix 5" shall be replaced with words to "appendices 5 and 51";
after part nine to add Chapter with parts of the following content:
"The main directions of implementation of actions for implementation of complex "future project" "Exact agriculture" are:
creation of the single digital map of arable lands for use of technologies of exact agriculture (geospatial basis);
equipment by elements of exact agriculture of the existing agricultural machinery and acquisition new (necessary for accomplishment of agrotechnical actions for technology of exact agriculture);
implementation of the software and computer aids for technology management of exact agriculture, management systems by the organization, including automation of accounting records.
Implementation of technologies of exact agriculture as pilot project in the field of digital development will be performed till 2027 in Dostoyevo open joint stock company of the Region of Ivanovskoye of the Brest region, the agricultural unitary enterprise "Dolzhaagro" of Lioznensky district of the Vitebsk region, Experimental Base Krinichnaya of the Mazyr District of the Gomel Region, the District Agricultural Unitary Enterprise of Olekshitsa of the Berestovitsky Region of the Grodno Region, Agricultural Branch of Joint-stock Company Minskoblagroservice of Myadelsky District, the Republican Agricultural Affiliated Unitary Enterprise Shipyany-ASK of Smolevichsky District of the Minsk Region and the Republican Unitary Enterprise Educational-experimental Farm of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy of Gorecki of the District of the Mogilev Region (Further — Basic Agricultural Organizations). municipal agricultural unitary enterprise;
in appendix 1 to this State program:
