For the purpose of further development of national culture, and also support of the workers performing activities in the theatrical, circus, concert and spectacular organizations, the centers of culture, libraries and the museums, engaged rendering cultural and information and library services to the population, careful preserving and promoting of unique cultural values of our people:
1. Increase the sizes of the salary of employees of public institutions and organizations of culture according to the list in appendix to this resolution since January 1, 2025 for 20 percent, since July 1, 2025 - for 15 percent.
2. To the relevant ministries and departments to implement system of efficiency evaluation of activities of workers (KPI) performing activities in the public institutions and the organizations of culture specified in appendix to this resolution in a month.
3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance since 2025 to provide in parameters of the Government budget necessary means in connection with increase in the sizes of the salary based on Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Culture together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the head of Department of social development of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. K. Abdurakhmanov.
