About modification of Chapter XII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning conditions of continuation of military service during action of warlike situation to separate categories of the military personnel
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes) to add Chapter XII with Item 7-2 of the following content:
"7-2. Determine that:
1) to the military personnel who self-willedally left military units or places of service or deserting before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of Chapter XII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning conditions of continuation of military service during action of warlike situation to separate categories of the military personnel" of November 21, 2024 No. 4087-IX and which military service it is suspended and which voluntarily arrived no later than January 1, 2025 to the relevant military units (the place of passing of military service) determined by the central executive bodies which according to the law perform management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming, and expressed readiness to continue military service, the commander (chief) of military unit no later than 72 hours from the date of their arrival in military unit or the place of service continues respectively military service, operation of the contract, and also resumes payment cash and implementation food, ware, other types of providing. From the moment of prolongation of military service by such serviceman the privileges and social guarantees established by the legislation of Ukraine renew;
