Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of submission of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity and accounting of the specified notifications approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 584 "About notifying procedure for the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3823; 2012, No. 1, Art. 171; 2013, No. 26, Art. 3338; 2024, No. 10, Art. 1399; No. 35, Art. 5375).

2. Provide to Federal Service for Labour and Employment acceptance and accounting arrived from the Russian legal entities performing activities for employment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation for work in the courts floating under the flag of foreign state, notifications on the beginning of implementation of these activities.

3. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of Federal Service for Labour and Employment, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.
