1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity and accounting of the specified notifications.

2. Bring the following changes in acts of the Government of the Russian Federation:

a) The regulations on Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2004 No. 322 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 28, Art. 2899; 2006, No. 22, Art. 2337; No. 52, of the Art. 5587) to add with subitem 5.2.3 of the following content:

"5.2.3. performs acceptance and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of separate work types and services in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for the notifications represented by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities in the territories which are subject to servicing by Federal Medical Biological Agency;";

b) The regulations on Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2004 No. 398 (Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 32, Art. 3345), to add with subitem 5.5.11 of the following content:

"5.5.11. acceptance and accounting of notifications on the beginning of implementation by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of separate work types and services in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;";

c) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.08.2024 No. 1136

Rules of submission of notifications on the beginning of implementation of separate types of business activity and accounting of the specified notifications

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for submission by legal entities, the individual entrepreneurs performing separate types of business activity to the state control (supervision) bodies (their territorial authorities) of notifications on the beginning of the activities authorized in the corresponding field of activity (further - the notification), and also accounting treatment the specified bodies of the arrived notifications.

2. The notification is represented (to render the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur assuming to perform works services) (further - the applicant) according to the list of works and services as a part of separate types of business activity according to appendix No. 1 (further - the list of works and services).

In case of the actual implementation by the legal entity or individual entrepreneur of the declared type (types) of activities in several places the notification is submitted concerning each such place.

Concerning performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Items 20, of the 21 and 90 list of works and services as the place of implementation of the declared type (types) of activities all territory of the Russian Federation can be specified.

3. The applicant assuming performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Items 1, of 2, 6 - 8, 10 - 18, 22 - 31, 33 - 35, 37 - 44, 46 - 53, 56 - 64, 67, 73, 74, 76 - 78 lists of works and services, except for implementation of activities in the territory which is subject to servicing by Federal Medical Biological Agency represents the notification to Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (its territorial authority).

4. The applicant assuming performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Item 3 of these rules in the territory which is subject to servicing by Federal Medical Biological Agency represents the notification to this Agency (its territorial authority).

5. The applicant assuming performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Items 20, of 21, of the 68 and 69 list of works and services represents the notification to Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport (its territorial authority).

5.1. The applicant assuming performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Items 65 and 90 of the list of works and services represents the notification to Federal Service for Labour and Employment.

5.2. The applicant assuming performance of works (rendering the services) specified in Item 54 of the list of works and services represents the notification to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response (its territorial authority).

5.3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.02.2024 No. 219
