1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2007 No. 124/105 "About information exchange between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations";
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2008 No. 54/23 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2007 No. 124/105".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
