The following questions belong to competence of advisory council of the state fund of the development of the industry having form of business of autonomous organization:

1) decision making about provision of financial support to subjects of activities in the field of the industry, about change of its amount according to procedure for provision of financial support to subjects of activities in the field of the industry directed to accomplishment of programs and projects which realization is enabled at the expense of means of the state fund of development of the industry, procedure and financing terms of projects by the state fund of development of the industry;

2) other questions carried by the charter of the state fund of development of the industry to competence of advisory council.";
