Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets and the List of the major data constituting the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 26, 2024 No. 206 the following changes:
1) in the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1. Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
2) in the List of the major data constituting the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the column "The Name of State Bodies, Bodies of the Local Government and Organizations Given Authority on Reference of Data to the State Secrets":
