1. Approve:

1) the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets according to appendix 1;

2) the List of the major data constituting the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the major data which are the state secret" of July 7, 1995 No. 267/9;

2) paragraph two of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About removal of signature stamp "Top secret" from the List of the major data which are the state secret of the Kyrgyz Republic, signature stamp "Confidentially" from Regulations on procedure for establishment of degree of privacy of categories of data and determination of degree of privacy of the data containing in works, documents and products, approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 7, 1995 No. 267/9, and signature stamp "Confidentially" from the List of the data which are not subject to public distribution, No. 55/2 approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 4, 1997" of September 27, 2005 No. 454/4;
