About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About hydrometeorological activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About hydrometeorological activities" of December 2, 2002 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 11, Art. 741; 2006, No. 3, Art. 167; 2007, No. 6, Art. 441; 2011, No. 12, Art. 850; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 418; 2016, No. 7, Art. 623) following changes:
1. To state the text of Article 2 in the following edition:
"The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on hydrometeorological activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
2. In Article 11 of the word "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing of separate types of activity" shall be replaced with words "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On authorization system".
3. In paragraph nine of Article 12 of the word of "snow cover" shall be replaced with words "glaciers, snow covers".
4. In part one of Article 15 of the word of "snow cover" shall be replaced with words "glaciers, snow covers".
5. State Articles 25 and 26 in the following edition:
"Article 25. Resolution of disputes when implementing hydrometeorological activities
Disputes in the field of hydrometeorological activities are solved according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Article 26. Responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of this Law
Physical persons and legal entities are made for non-compliance with requirements of this Law responsible according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
