About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of improvement of conditions of life activity of large families and their long-term state support I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Decision making about appointment (refusal in appointment) the family capital and about the early order (refusal at the early order) is performed by means of the family capital according to the petitions from citizens submitted till January 1, 2025 according to the procedure operating for date of submission of these statements.

Decisions on appointment (refusal in appointment) the family capital and about the early order (refusal at the early order) means of the family capital, accepted till January 1, 2025, and also according to part one of this Item, are valid and are not subject to revision.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till January 1, 2025 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1 and 2 - since January 1, 2025;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010:

to state column 1 of subitem 1.1.2-2 of Item 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1.2-2. about permission of alienation of premises, share (shares) in the property right to them acquired with early use of means of the family capital, and also premises, share (shares) in the property right to them which are acquired with use of the credits of loans of the organizations (including based on agreements on transfer of debt, on acceptance of debt on such credits, on refinancing of such credits) if on return (repayment) of these credits, loans and interest payment for use they ahead of schedule used means of the family capital, before the expiration of 5 years from the date of state registration of the property right to them";
