Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 193; 2009, No. 5, Art. 323; 2010, No. 3, Art. 154; 2011, No. 6, Art. 459; 2013, No. 7, Art. 517; 2014, No. 11, Art. 645; 2016, No. 3, Art. 137; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 10, Art. 11, Art. 12, No. 5, h 1, Art. 298; 2020, No. 1, Art. 10, No. 12, Art. 909; 2021, No. 1-2, of Art. 6; 2022, No. 6, Art. 344; 2023, No. 11, Art. 461) following changes and amendment:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 11 of the word "areas, the city of Dushanbe, regional departments" shall be replaced with words "areas, the city of Dushanbe, regional governments and departments".
2. In Article 13:
The paragraph the fifth to state 1) in the following edition:
"-appoints to position and dismisses chiefs of managements and independent departments of Central office and local authorities of the Agency in coordination with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;";
In paragraph six the word of "departments" shall be replaced with words 2) "managements and departments";
The paragraph the twelfth to state 3) in the following edition:
"-within the powers according to the legislation gives to the staff of the Agency the special ranks to colonelcy and the corresponding special ranks. Performs assignment to the staff of the Agency of special rank the colonel of justice and colonelcy of anti-corruption service in coordination with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
