In recent years in our country considerable work on ensuring effective protection of human rights and freedoms by creation of equal opportunities for protection of the legitimate interests, strict observance of requirements of the law for comprehensive, complete and objective clarification of the valid facts of the case, implementation of the principles of competitiveness and equality of participants is carried out.
At the same time rapid digitalization of different spheres of public life, the increasing interaction of people with use of information and communication technologies and, as a result, wide circulation of cases of making of crimes, violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the organizations in the digital circle require institutionalization of digital proofs and fixing of the legal basis of the treatment of them.
This Law to the Code of penal procedure, the Code of civil procedure, the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative legal proceedings makes the changes and additions determining concept of digital proofs, procedure for collecting, representation, fixing, survey, research and assessment of digital proofs, their storages, return and destruction.
