About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan"

This Law makes change and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan", providing inclusion of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who made the public calls or actions contradicting the state sovereignty, territorial integrity and safety of Uzbekistan, provoking interstate, race, religious strife, discrediting honor, advantage, history of the people of Uzbekistan in "The list of foreign citizens and stateless persons which stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan is recognized unacceptable".
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 4, 2021 No. ZRU-692 "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2021, No. 6, Art. 519; 2022, No. 3, the Art. 216) the following changes and amendments:
The paragraph of the sixth Article 11 to state 1) in the following edition:
"administrative expulsion out of limits of the Republic of Uzbekistan the foreign citizen or the stateless person or deportation according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 35-1 this Law";
Part one of Article 29 to add 2) with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"if person is included in the List of foreign citizens and stateless persons which stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan is recognized unacceptable";
To add 3) with Article 29-1 of the following content:
"Article 29-1. The list of foreign citizens and stateless persons which stay in the Republic of Uzbekistan is recognized unacceptable
