About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Rescue Service"

Article 1. No. ZR-171 "About rescue service" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of July 8, 2005 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The also employees holding the positions of rescue service in educational institution of authorized body studying within the state order (further - pupils), and also the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are studying full-time, sent by authorized body to educational institution of the Republic of Armenia or foreign states which study according to the educational programs realized for position assignment in rescue service are considered as employees of rescue service.".
Article 2. In part 5 of article 14 of the Law of the word "educational institutions of authorized body" shall be replaced with words "the educational programs performed by the educational institution of authorized body (further - educational institution of authorized body) specified in article 3 of the Law "About Service in Police" for position assignment in the field of rescue service".
Article 3. To state the Item of part 1 of article 21 of the Law in the following edition:
"b) the order to the citizens who arrived in educational institution of authorized body as cadets according to the educational programs realized for position assignment in rescue service.".
Article 4. In the Item "and" of part 1 of article 25 of the Law of the word "higher educational institution" shall be replaced with words "educational institution with the program of higher education".
Article 5. Regarding the 2nd article 26 of the Law of the word of "Higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "students according to the highest professional educational program of educational institution of authorized body".
