About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Service in Police"

Article 1. No. ZR-401 "About service in police" (further - the Law) after the words "in educational institution" to add paragraph two of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of July 3, 2002 with the words "the employees holding police positions".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 11 of the law after words of "educational institution" with "female" words.
Article 3. To add part 3 of article 12 of the law after words of "educational institution" with the words "according to the educational programs performed for position assignment in police".
Article 4. In article 14 of the Law:
1) to state part 7 in the following edition:
"7. Persons having the higher education on the corresponding specialty can be appointed to positions of average or senior group of police after retraining passing: The list of the corresponding professions and positions is established by the order of the head of authorized body.".
2) in paragraph one of part 10 of the word "after appointment the employee undergoes obligatory retraining" shall be replaced with words "the corresponding employee or the former employee of police undergoes obligatory retraining with which positive results he is appointed to position.".
Article 5. In article 16 of the Law:
1) in part 1 to exclude the words "at least 5";
2) Part 1.1 to recognize invalid.
Article 6. State part 1.1 of article 21 of the law in the following edition:
"1.1. The pupils getting education within the state order in educational institution of authorized body according to the educational programs realized for position assignment in police earn reward in the amount of the minimum monthly salary in the Republic of Armenia during the entire period of training.".
