"1. These rules of creation, work and liquidation of technical committees on standardization (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 13) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About standardization" and determine procedure for creation, work and liquidation of technical committees on standardization.";
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. From the moment of receipt of the request from the interested subjects of national system of standardization, the NOSE within 10 working days considers the request regarding absence of shopping mall in the specified area and reliability of the provided information.".
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
