149-3) development and ensuring monitoring of execution of plans for decrease in heatconsumption by heat supply facilities for achievement of target indicators of heat-and-power engineeering;";

"160) development and approval of form of the register of the authorized representatives applying tax exemption on value added in case of realization of the vehicles and (or) agricultural machinery acquired at their producer;";

"160-1) maintaining the register of the authorized representatives applying tax exemption on value added in case of realization of the vehicles and (or) agricultural machinery acquired at their producer;";

add with subitems 161-1), 161-2) and 161-3) of the following content:

"161-1) development and approval of form of the register of the legal entities who are:

producers of household appliances and (or) devices of consumer electronics, and also their components;

"482-1) implementation of methodical providing in the field of heat-and-power engineeering regarding consumption of heat energy;

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs of the twentieth, twenty first, twenty second and twenty third Item 1 of this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2026.
