According to Articles 180-184 of the Section V of the Tax code of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine of January 25, 2022 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the taxation of the goods moved (sent) in international post and express departures", of February 23, 2024 with No. 3603-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of online communication with taxpayers and amendments of separate provisions of the legislation" of November 21, 2023 No. 3474-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning features of the taxation of banks and other taxpayers" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 1998-IX:
1. Approve the Change in Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 14, 2014 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2014 at No. 1456/26233, which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
