According to the paragraph third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine of February 13, 2009 No. 60/62 "About approval of the Procedure for investigation of insured events and justification of payment of material security to the unemployed", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2009 at No. 232/16248.
2. To provide to department of employment of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
