About introduction of amendments to the Law on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability No. 241/2022
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability No. 241/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Item е) parts (2) Article 2 of the word "some categories of residential customers," shall be replaced with words "residential customers".
2. In Article 3:
state the concept "compensation for energy in the form of money payment" of the following edition:
"compensation for energy in the form of money payment – the sum of money intended for socially vulnerable energy consumers, provided directly to receivers by fund of decrease in energy vulnerability which does not depend on the actual energy consumption and is aimed at covering of part of expenses for consumption of natural gas, warm, the electric power and/or solid fuel;";
exclude the concept "compensation on payment of invoices for energy";
in the concept "family" of the word "the adult person which is not family composition" shall be replaced with words "the person which reached 18-year age and not being family composition";
in the concept "Information System " Energy Vulnerability" of "word" of classification of residential customers by categories of energy vulnerability, for" to replace with the word "establishments";
in the concept "applicant" of the word "assignment of category of energy vulnerability" shall be replaced with words "provision of the measures financed by fund of decrease in energy vulnerability".
3. In Article 4:
in part (1) words "compensations on payment of invoices for energy and compensations for energy in the form of money payments to socially vulnerable consumers," shall be replaced with words "compensations for energy in the form of money payment to socially vulnerable consumers and";
part (to state 5) in the following edition:
