I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2015 No. 928 "About approval of the forms intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on the Fires Requested from Territorial Authorities of Committee on Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12441, it is published on December 31, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

to state heading of the order in the following edition:

"About approval of the forms intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on the Fires Requested from Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on the Fires Requested from Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan":";

to be reworded as follows the form intended for collection of administrative data General information about the fires and death of people, approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;

the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on burning cases, not subject to accounting as the fires, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on origins of the fires, approved by the specified order according to appendix 3 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on objects of emergence of the fires, approved by the specified order according to appendix 4 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on the fires in the residential sector and their effects, approved by the specified order according to appendix 5 to this order;

to be reworded as follows the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on the steppe fires and fire, approved by the specified order according to appendix 6 to this order;

the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Information about the dead and the injured people from poisoning with carbon monoxide in the residential sector, as a result of violations of requirements of fire safety without emergence of the fire, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of fire service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
