Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 23, 2000 No. 432 "About the additional measures connected with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About privatization of state-owned property" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic), 2000, No. 12, Article 844; 2001, No. 7, Article 470, No. 10, Article 725, 2003, No. 569, 2004, No. 5, article 400 7, Article 590, Article 5, Article 599, Article 1097, Article 12, article 990 6, Article 7, Article 1146, 2015, Article 999, Article 2019, Article 413, No. 5, Article 1036, No. 1, Article 2023; No. 1, Article 75, Decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 2023 No. 2077):
1. The paragraph the tenth Item 4.2 "The rules of privatization of the non-residential premises located in apartment houses and constructed at the expense of public funds", approved by the specified Decree to consider the paragraph the eleventh, having added with the paragraph the tenth:
