About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of measures of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1355; 2024, No. 27, the Art. 1733) change which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

Determine that action of Item 1 of this resolution does not extend to planned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance by subjects of managing of requirements of the legislation concerning quality of medicines, Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on cultivation of the plants included in the table I of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified list, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 2016 No. 282 "Some questions of licensing of economic activity on cultivation of plants included in the table I of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified list" (In the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1209), and Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of the medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3217).".
