About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Regarding 23rd article 124 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) shall be replaced with words the word "disabled people" "persons having disability", and the word "disabled person" - the words "person having disability".
Article 2. In article 212 of the Code:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the word "KMTE" "the state body authorized in the field of assessment of functionality of person";
2) regarding 1 word of "Medico-social commissions of experts" shall be replaced with words "The state body authorized in the field of assessment of functionality of person" the words "disabled person" shall be replaced with words "person with disability", and to add the same part after the words "from group" with the words "or extents of restriction of functionality".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication, except for Article 1, which becomes effective from coming into force of corresponding changes in the orders of the Government No. 955 of June 28, 2007, No. 1699 of October 26, 2006 and No. 113 of January 10, 2008.
