About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Trade and Services"

Article 1. State Item 30 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 to No. ZR-134 "About trade and services" in the following edition:
"30) trade by the principle "trade-in" upon purchase of vehicles (including agricultural machinery) - trade type in case of which the distributor or the dealer of the producer of the vehicle (including agricultural machinery) performs retail sale of any kind of the vehicle (including agricultural machinery) to physical person when compensation of part of selling price is performed by means of any kind of the vehicle taken at this physical person (including agricultural machinery), or trade type in this case the distributor or the dealer of the producer of vehicles (including agricultural machinery) takes any kind of vehicles (including agricultural machinery) belonging to this physical person for remuneration at physical person also performs retail sale of this vehicle (including agricultural machinery) to any physical person.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
