About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine relatively about acceptance on military service and passings of military service under the contract foreigners and stateless persons in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport and National guard of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. Part the seventh article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret" (1999, 49, the Art. 428) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"Access to the state secret is provided to foreigners and stateless persons in exceptional cases based on international treaties of Ukraine which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, or the written order of the President of Ukraine taking into account need of ensuring national security of Ukraine based on offers of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The procedure for provision of access to the state secret to foreigners and stateless persons which are accepted on military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport and National guard of Ukraine is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
2. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes):
The paragraph third to state 1) to part two of Article 2 in the following edition:
"foreigners and persons without nationality - in voluntary procedure (under the contract) on positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport and National guard of Ukraine";
Part third of Article 4 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. The procedure for completing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport and National guard of Ukraine by the military personnel from among foreigners and stateless persons is established by this Law and regulatory legal acts adopted according to it";
