About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service"
I DECIDE:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2015 No. 152 "About some questions of passing of public service" the following changes and amendment:
in Rules and terms of carrying out rotation, categories and positions of the government employees who are subject to rotation, approved by the above-named Decree:
the second Item 6 to state part in the following edition:
"In case of lack of the office dwelling the political government employee and the employee of the case "A", the administrative government employee of the case "B" (further – the serving cases "B") specified in Item 17 of these rules which rotirovana to other settlement, are established rotational payments.";
state Items 17 and 18 in the following edition:
"17. Rotation of employees of the case "B" of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Government office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also categories B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, C-O-1, C-O-2, D-O-1, D-O-2 and E-1 of other state bodies is performed by official movement:
1) on the vacant managerial state positions specified in part one of this Item;
2) between the employees of the case "B" specified in part one of this Item.
18. Rotation of the employees of the case "B" specified in Item 17 of these rules is carried out each four years from the date of their appointment to the last post. At the same time the specified term is not resumed in case of reassignment of employees of the case "B" on equivalent to the posts appropriate to earlier performed ex-officio full powers, after reorganization of state body, change of structure or renaming of positions earlier.
