About entering of amendment and change into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 265 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of November 9, 2004:

1. This law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
2. Requirements of this law extend to the obligations on compensation of forced idle time accepted as a result of consideration of the actions for declaration adopted to production after the introduction of this law in force, and which arose owing to the court resolutions which took legal effect.
