For the purpose of updating of terms of implementation of actions on administration and digitalization of customs procedures, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024" of April 8, 2022 No. 202 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word "2022-2024" "2022-2025";
2) in the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024 approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of the word "2022-2024" shall be replaced with words "2022-2025";
- in paragraph one of Chapter 1 of the word "2022-2024" shall be replaced with words "2022-2025";
- the paragraph one of Item 3.2 of Chapter 3 to state in the following edition:
"For achievement of effective objective and realization of the specified tasks the following directions, and also the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024 are provided in this Concept (further - the Actions plan).";
3) in the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of development of Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022-2024 approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of the word "2022-2024" shall be replaced with words "2022-2025";
- in the subitem 5 of Item 1 of the word of "2023" shall be replaced with words "2025";
